Our flagship offering under the Private Equity vertical, the Edelweiss Crossover Opportunities Series of funds, is focused on the pre-IPO/ late-stage private equity space pioneered by this strategy in India in Nov’17. With the Crossover strategy, the funds open access to private investments that are usually unavailable to most investors and enable them to capitalize on structural growth trends early on with reasonable exit time horizons. Our Fund has been graded CRISIL Fund Management Capability – Level 1, the highest standard in fund management capabilities and investment processes allotted by CRISIL. Read more about it here.
Our Hedge Fund offering - Edelweiss Dynamic Growth Equity or EDGE Fund aims to helps investors weather the storm of market volatility while opening up access to both long and short opportunities within the market. The Fund is run by a team well versed with the nuances of the Indian market to bring stability to an equity portfolio while limiting drawdowns during adverse market conditions.
Our Structured Solutions business includes Market Linked Debentures (MLD) & Portfolio Management Services (PMS). Edelweiss is one of India’s leading structured solution architects and among the early entrants in the MLD segment in 2007 with a successful track record of gross issuances of over INR 18,000 Cr. Our PMS strategy ‘Infinity’ is a comprehensive subscription-based wealth management solution with a fee structure aligned to client interests. We offer bespoke solutions basis our client requirements, which include family offices, marquee provident funds and treasuries via a robust network of distributors.
